Owen Williams

Founder

Owen has led global organizations in attracting, hiring and retaining talent.

His career has been driven by his passion for cultivating global teams. Before founding Outside Lines, Owen had the privilege of working for some of the world’s best creative agencies, including TBWA\Media Arts Lab, Mother, and 72andSunny.

It was in those leading organizations that he honed his craft for identifying unique, divergent talent, in and out of the advertising industry, shaping teams that would go on to create world-class work.

When not working, you can find him spending time with family and friends, introducing his son to art and design, golfing (whenever possible…) and eating his way through cities across the globe.

Alyssa Kasal

Alyssa is a talent acquisition professional focused on design, branding, creative and strategy recruitment. After a short stint in copywriting, she spent 10+ years significantly impacting growth by helping build diverse, strategic teams for studios and agencies across the coasts.

She is currently residing in the arctic community of Minneapolis with her Morkie, Rhubarb and English bulldog, Georgi.
